Simply feed the seat belt through both webbing handles on the top of the harness, click the buckle into the seat belt of your car and you're ready for the Drive.

SIMPLE FIT! GET ON THE ROAD FAST!

You only have to fit the harness to your dog once (see 'Fitting Instructions tab for Instructions) From then on, the Harness can be taken on/off very quickly using the Dual SR Buckle Closure System. The dog car harness wraps around your dog's body, preventing them from being able to roam around the back seat. An unrestrained pet creates an unsafe car ride for dog owners and pets.

Engineered to Last

We have used only the strongest and high quality materials in this product. The Tri-Glides are made from Aluminum Alloy, so they are light, durable and incredibly strong. This crash-tested dog car harness provides impact protection in a dangerous situation like sudden braking or a crash where your furry friend could project out of the car seat.

All webbing is made from vehicle-tested seat belt webbing and the Crosslink™ technology ensures that the harness is the ultimate in strength.

The Chest Plate section is padded and contoured to mold to the shape of the dog for a custom fit.

    Very well constructed, but...

Posted by Laura on 14th Mar 2018

Could not adjust it for my corgi. Front panel too wide for her and she keeps backing out of it. EzyDog Says: Hi Laura - This may indicate that you need to adjust the harness or switch to a different size. We'd love to assist in this matter 877-3EZYDOG or info@ezydog.com

    Glad that I bought this

Posted by Tavin the Dutch Shepherd on 21st Jan 2018

I spent several hours looking at the various harnesses that are available, and this one seemed right for our dog. Turns out that it is VERY well made, and adjusts exactly to our Shepherd. He’s not so happy that he cannot stand on the center console of the car, but it’s obvious that it’s much safer. Being retired from law enforcement, I’ve done 2 traffic accident investigations where a dog was killed in the wreck because it was thrown against the front window or the dash. This is much safer for our dog, and us.

    Terrific Harness

Posted by Cindy on 10th Jan 2018

I drive an jeep and have always been concerned for my dog because it is a soft top and if we were hit and it rolled would he be ok? Well, with this car harness I have no worries. I love the way it fits, the ease of putting in on and taking it off. How easy it is to put my dog into the car and feel that he is safe and secure. Thank you!

    1 year update

Posted by Ronald Hyson on 4th Jan 2018

Unfortunately, after 1 year using this harness our Doberman has "backed out" of it twice. It doesn't secure a deep narrow chested breed very well. EzyDog Says: Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of this issue. Please contact us so that we can help resolve this, info@ezydog.com or 877-3EZYDOG

    Great Harness

Posted by Becky Collins on 8th Oct 2017

This is a great harness. So much better than the previous brands we have used. Seems strong and durable. Our dog doesn't mind this one as much. We have the L for our 90 pound 6 month old English Mastiff and she still has some room to grow. Hopefully she doesn't outgrow it too soon. (Unless there is an XL that comes out) :)

superior safety, design and ease of use

    Posted by Lamoreaux.Leon1@gmail.com on 8th Apr 2017

I have a 73 lb GSD and a 100 lb GSD and the large fits both with a few inches to spare for the larger dog. The first one took about five minutes to fit and the second took about three minutes to fit. I really like the padded chest piece and the fact that the basic construction is from seat belt material. There are two ways to buckle in: 1) the double "d" rings and the seat belt handles. The harness is EZY to put on, and EZY to attach in the car. This is the forth car harness I have purchased for the dogs and I think that it will be the last. The EZY dog Drive Harness is the highest quality quality harness on the market.

Very well made - super strong

Posted by Bubba Ron on 20th Feb 2017

We purchased a Large size for our 4 year old female Doberman. It takes a few adjustments to obtain the perfect fit, especially for a deep chested dog. It is well worth the effort because once it's fitting perfectly on your mature dog, it should not need further adjustments. We have never seen a stronger car harness for a dog!!! It only has to work well once - your dog is worth this harness.

DRIVE HARNESS FAQ

Can I use a car restraint with the Drive Harness?

We do not recommend using a car restraint with the Drive Harness as the seatbelt offers the strongest connection in the event of an accident.

Can my dog move to another seat?

The Drive Harness limits your dog’s mobility to ensure the safest transport. Your dog should not be able to move to another seat.

Can my dog change position?

Yes. Most dogs have no issue sitting or lying down while securely buckled. Just as a human has limited mobility when the seatbelt is not locked up due to braking.

How do I keep my Dog from sneaking out of the harness?

Be certain that your dog is in the correct size of harness. If your dog is slipping out of the harness, it is more than likely too loose. Be certain that the straps are snug and correctly secured into place. See the Drive Harness video to be sure the straps are properly fed through the tri-glides. If your pup is apprehensive, be sure to give your dog treats and praise when putting the harness on. Take a few short trips with a passenger sitting next to your dog to provide comfort, praise and assistance until your pup is comfortable with their new seating arrangement.

Can my dog ride in the front seat?

We recommend your dog riding in a rear seat for the safest transport.

My dog is over the 75lb testing limit, will they be safe?

While the crash test for the Large Drive Harness was with a 75lb testing dummy, the Drive will be safer and offer a much greater level of strength for dogs above this weight than a non-crash tested harness.
