For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.

Fitting Instructions

  1. SLIP HARNESS OVER DOG’S HEAD AND ADJUST BELLY STRAP TO PROPER FIT. IF THE BELLY STRAP DOES NOT FIT MOVE TO THE NEXT SIZE.
  2. ONCE THE BELLY STRAP FITS, TAKE THE HARNESS OFF YOUR DOG TO ADJUST THE ONE TIME CHEST ADJUSTMENT, IF NEEDED. SLIDE THE NEOPRENE SLEEVE TO ONE SIDE AND ADJUST THE SANDWICH VELCRO. THE RED SAFETY PATCH IN VELCRO MUST BE HIDDEN.
  3. SLIP THE HARENSS OVER YOUR DOG’S HEAD AND CLICK BUCKLE INTO PLACE
  4. IF THE BELLY STRAP FITS, BUT THE CHEST STRAP DOES NOT, CONSIDER THE CHEST PLATE HARNESS AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

IMPORTANT: STRAPS SHOULD FIT SNUG WITH THE ABILITY TO SQUEEZE 2 FINGERS UNDER WEBBING.

    I really like this product. My dogs from the moment they were put in we're very easy to control. The one problem I had with it was I found the sizing chart to be off. It stated that my dogs would wear a medium and they just fit so I would have liked to gone up a size

    Quality product. My three dogs love them. Very easy and quick to put on and take off. Very comfortable for my dogs. Be sure and order a large enough one.

    I have a 10 lb Papillion. The XS fit perfectly. But The belly strap was too short to allow his winter coat (underneath). The SM fit great with his winter coat, however, indoors his front paws were continually found stuck either in the neck & shoulder straps. On a daily basis our outings required us to enlarge the belly strap. I sent a letter of concern to the company, but received no response. Disappointed.     I have been using EZYDog Chest Plate Harnesses for a few years now, and I thought I would give this model a try. Very easy to slip on and off, and my dog is more comfortable because the harness stays in place on him, even when he walks to either side of me. And the handle feature is also useful. I think it is a very good product.

    I have a 10 month old English Bull Terrier. this harness is great for him. we recently had a nylon harness which irritated his skin terribly making him very uncomfortable. This harness is great keeps me in control as well as him while walking. The handle on the harness is great especially since my dog likes to dart out of the vehicle before i can get his leash on.
