For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.

Fitting Instructions

  1. SLIP HARNESS OVER DOG’S HEAD AND ADJUST BELLY STRAP TO PROPER FIT. IF THE BELLY STRAP DOES NOT FIT MOVE TO THE NEXT SIZE.
  2. ONCE THE BELLY STRAP FITS, TAKE THE HARNESS OFF YOUR DOG TO ADJUST THE ONE TIME CHEST ADJUSTMENT, IF NEEDED. SLIDE THE NEOPRENE SLEEVE TO ONE SIDE AND ADJUST THE SANDWICH VELCRO. THE RED SAFETY PATCH IN VELCRO MUST BE HIDDEN.
  3. SLIP THE HARENSS OVER YOUR DOG’S HEAD AND CLICK BUCKLE INTO PLACE
  4. IF THE BELLY STRAP FITS, BUT THE CHEST STRAP DOES NOT, CONSIDER THE CHEST PLATE HARNESS AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

IMPORTANT: STRAPS SHOULD FIT SNUG WITH THE ABILITY TO SQUEEZE 2 FINGERS UNDER WEBBING.

    The harness of choice for my choosy pooch. No need for him to step into it, goes over his head quickly, adjustment is a one-time fix, it's sturdy, handsome, comfortable. A life-saver.

    I have had the gambit of the Harness world and by far this is the BEST ONE on the MARKET to date. I work with Basset Hound Rescue of GA. Inc. and Bassets come in all shapes & sizes & this can be made to the dog as they are not what the maker of the harness thinks it should be. Thank You Donald Byars

    My Shiba Inu will not step into a harnesses but with this one he doesn't have to. Previously I had to put his collar on so tight that he pretended he was choking, any looser he would pull out of it and laugh at me. We are now safe and happy.

    This is not our first Ezydog quick fir harness, we have three westies who have all been proud owners of the quick-fit for about a year and a half, big boy just out grew his original harness. A repeat purchase should be adequate testimony for how highly both we and the pups regard the harness for comfort and control "westies" says enough on the control portion.

    Good but not perfect

    I really like the harness I bought for my dog who pulls a lot. However, I did not like the adjustment that needed to be made to the harness before use. It was difficult to understand. I am not sure if it was adjusted correctly. It would be better if the adjustment is not needed.

    I have tried many harnesses over the years and they were either too complicated or too flimsy. This one is very good quality and very easy to use. It took a bit to figure out the adjusting though.

    So easy to put on. All 3 dogs love it. Easy on, easy off, and super comfortable for the dogs with maximum control for the owner. I highly recommend it.
