For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.

Fitting Instructions

  1. SLIP HARNESS OVER DOG’S HEAD AND ADJUST BELLY STRAP TO PROPER FIT. IF THE BELLY STRAP DOES NOT FIT MOVE TO THE NEXT SIZE.
  2. ONCE THE BELLY STRAP FITS, TAKE THE HARNESS OFF YOUR DOG TO ADJUST THE ONE TIME CHEST ADJUSTMENT, IF NEEDED. SLIDE THE NEOPRENE SLEEVE TO ONE SIDE AND ADJUST THE SANDWICH VELCRO. THE RED SAFETY PATCH IN VELCRO MUST BE HIDDEN.
  3. SLIP THE HARENSS OVER YOUR DOG’S HEAD AND CLICK BUCKLE INTO PLACE
  4. IF THE BELLY STRAP FITS, BUT THE CHEST STRAP DOES NOT, CONSIDER THE CHEST PLATE HARNESS AS AN ALTERNATIVE.

IMPORTANT: STRAPS SHOULD FIT SNUG WITH THE ABILITY TO SQUEEZE 2 FINGERS UNDER WEBBING.

    This is the third Quick Fit Harness I have purchased & it's great. The only thing I do not like about it, compared to the last two I owned, is this one has the buckle (clasp) on the opposite side of the body, the right side, instead of the left. So this makes it awkward to put on & take off of her. Not sure why that was changed?? Other than that, I LOVE this harness.

    I bought one to try on my medium size dog, I loved it so much I ordered another one for my Mastiff mix. They are made strong. I have no fear of it breaking or her getting out of it accidentally. It really is easy on and easy off!

    Functional but...

    I really liked how this harness functioned but I have a senior dog with soft tissue injuries in his shoulders, and unfortunately, the horizontal straps lay across where he's sore. There's no way to adjust it so the straps won't rub him on the shoulders. Since he wore it, I'm not able to return it so I'll donate to the local shelter. However, the Ezydog floatation vest was a great investment. EzyDog says: Thank you for your review. We are sorry the harness did not work out for your pup and are sorry to hear about his shoulder injury. I was happy to talk with you on the phone and am very pleased to hear you are happy with the life vest. Thank you for your business.

    We have 4 Australian Shepherds and this the best harness--it's SO easy to put on/take off and their fur doesn't get all matted or tangled up in the buckle PLUS being able to adjust the harness for a more "personal" fit is a HUGE bonus. The reflective stitching is also a great safety feature for night time walks

    My cocker spaniels recently had cataract surgery, this harnedss just slips over the head and doesn't put any pressure on their eyes when walking

    I did tons of research before spending any money on harnesses for my two Australian Cattle Dogs...thought I would give the quick fit a try...I ordered the Candy in large as well as the Black in large...out of the package they both looked awesome...very durable and I loved how soft the neoprene was...fitting was easy...both of my guys loved their new harnesses...went on a walk right away...and it was great...loved the floating D ring...was worth the money <3
