For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.

- WITH HARNESS ON THE GROUND, STEP DOG'S RIGHT LEG INTO POSITION WITH THE WIDER PART OF THE CHEST PLATE NEAREST THE DOG'S HEAD
- STARTING WITH THE NECK STRAP, CLIP STRAPS TOGETHER
- ADJUST STRAPS TO FIT YOUR DOG
TIP: KEEP THE NECK STRAP A LITTLE LOOSE SO THAT THE GIRTH STRAP DOES NOT PULL INTO YOUR DOG'S LEGS
IMPORTANT: DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN STRAPS! WHEN FITTED CORRECTLY, HARNESS SHOULD BE SNUG, BUT TWO FINGERS SHOULD EASILY RUN BETWEEN STRAPS & DOG.

Not for pullers
This is a sturdy, well-made harness. However, I've seen it added to lists of "no pull harnesses" on the internet and it is not. I do wish Ezydog would create a harness with a front attachment for this purpose as I like their products a lot.

Great Design and Sturdy Construction too
Very sturdy harness for my 7# Maltex Mix dog who constantly tugs and lunges when I am walking him outdoors. Regular harnesses are not strong enough to withstand his brutal usage. I believe this harness will last at least 6 months (others have only last 2 1/2 months as he chews through the nylon straps)

Took me a long time to find a harness that fit my pup well. He's a toy breed and was hard to get a good fit. I was worried about spending a little more on this one, ut was totally worth it!!

I tried 3 harnesses on this particular dog. Never could get 1 to fit properly. Customer service was very caring and helpful, but I guess this guy is just a weird fit. Either the girth fit and neck was too small or vice versa. Anyway, we had rig an old harness for him. I will buy from Ezydog in the future. That sizing had always given me fits!

Great for car travel
We use this on both our border collie pups. keep them safe and secure in the car. especially when paired with the CLICK car restraint. Whats even better is that they seem comfortable enough that it can be left on them all day if need be

Chest plate harness
This is the second harness I've purchased for my Shih Tzu/Blue Heeler cattle dog mix with the first one being the easy on/off harness. He's a puller and it's frustrating because I've got him finally understanding that I'm the pack leader for everything... Except when we went on our daily walks. He was wanting to smell/track everything, daily. I decided on this chest plate harness because it appeared to be holding him more completely by the pad on his chest. And what a difference from day one. He must be feeling secure with this harness. He doesn't pull, unless he's asking me to let him and the local "peemail" tree so he can get caught up local news. This turned out to be a great harness for our use.

Chest plate harness
Very happy with the new harness. Took my dog a few weeks to get use to but now that she is she's much calmer walking. When she does try to pull she's much easier to control and I don't have to be concerned with a choker hurting her neck
