How to Fit the EzyDog Drive Harness
This crash-tested car harness is designed for a quick, one-time fit you set once and reuse every trip. Follow these steps to fit and secure it:
1. Adjust the Webbing for a One-Time Fit: Lay the harness flat and adjust the shoulder and girth webbings using the printed measurements so they balance evenly on both sides.
2. Secure the Excess Webbing: Feed each webbing tail under its keeper, pressing the excess back against the tri-glide so it lies flat and won't slip.
3. Check the Webbing Is Threaded Correctly: Confirm each strap is threaded correctly by checking that the "danger" warning text on the webbing is hidden from view.
4. Put the Harness on Your Dog: With the fit already set, slide the harness over your dog's head and settle it across the chest and shoulders.
5. Secure It in the Car: Place your dog on the car seat, thread the seat belt through both handles on the back of the harness, and click it into the buckle, removing all slack from the belt.
Hand wash in cool water with a mild soap. Add a splash of vinegar to the water to help remove any odors. Rinse well and hang dry.
