Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

EzyDog will gladly accept returns for items that are in new and resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Items must be purchased from store.ezydog.com. Items not purchased from this website must be returned to the original place of purchase.  If the item is a gift, please send us a message and we can assist you further. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. *Custom items are not eligible for return.

Shoot us a message with your question and one of our fit specialists can ensure you have all the correct adjustments.  Most times initial fit issues can be resolved and avoid the need to make a return or exchange.  Contact us here.

A return label can be purchased for $6. 

If you prefer to use your own shipping method that includes a tracking number that you can reference, please return items that are in re-salable condition to the address below and include your order number.

An email notification will be sent upon the refund or exchange being processed. Exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of delivery M-F not including holidays.  Financial institutions may take between 2-10 business days for refunds to be credited to your account. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

 

Canada Returns/Exchanges

Please send back items that are in re-salable condition to the address below and include your order.

To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your credit card, and your new order will be charged to your credit card.
