EzyDog guarantees our pet accessories at time of purchase against material defects and workmanship for one year. If you experience a problem with our product please return the item with the receipt to the original place of purchase. This does not include chewing or abuse.

If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from Ezydog.com, please Contact Us and provide the details of the issue. We will reply with instructions to send a picture showing the defective issue.
