"I followed the measurements precisely and ordered a small. I think it probably fits some dogs with the same girth/neck measurements just fine, but having a male Shiba (chest deeper than many other small dogs), it sits right behind his legs instead of having a slight gap like recommended. Feel like it would rub too much unless he was actively pulling which I don't really encourage.
VERY cute, though! If only I could adjust a little wider. (Have it on the widest without the dot visible)

"I love this harness. I use it on all of my dogs for nosework and agility. It is very easy to use- one quick snap and your dog is secure and comfortable. The built in handle is a wonderful additional feature which I utilize all the time.

"have had many harnesses for my dog and was never happy. purchased this one to try. i love it!!! is very easy to adjust and put on/off the dog. and the leash ring stays up at his back where its supoposed to. not twisting around his belly. and love the idea of the strap on the top for keeping him close when needed. i even think he approves 100% as he just sticks his head in when its time to go! i have made this his primary collar. "

"I like these harnesses.I have bought 5 of them.I have a dog who pulls like an ox and they hold up,unfortunately he also feels every so often he has to bite through the harness.They are easily adjustable and padded in front.I will be buying another very soon."

"My four year old lab is just a crazy puller!!! We have been using the Gentle Leader but with little success because she hates it. She constantly wants to drag her face to try and get it off resulting in lots of scrapes!! This harness is an absolute miracle!!! Gracie does not pull and I am absolutely thrilled. Our walks are now very fun and I'm sure Gracie thinks so too!! Thank you for this great product and the shock leash as well. "

"I found this harness at the pet store today, I've been looking for a harness that will fit my runt of the litter red heeler. She's got a small chest, but a big girth, so it was hard finding a good harness for her, but this one fits perfectly! I bought it, hooked it up on her & walked her home.
I love that the ring slides around, this will help keep the harness from rolling when I take her out on my bike. I love this alreday! "

"After so many "not the right one" this harness fits perfect.
