For best fit measure the girth of the dog. This is the area behind the front legs and around the body. The neck will typically fall into place once girth is determined. If the measurement is close to the end of the size range, go up to the larger size.

Fitting Instructions
- SLIP HARNESS OVER DOG’S HEAD AND ADJUST BELLY STRAP TO PROPER FIT. IF THE BELLY STRAP DOES NOT FIT MOVE TO THE NEXT SIZE.
- ONCE THE BELLY STRAP FITS, TAKE THE HARNESS OFF YOUR DOG TO ADJUST THE ONE TIME CHEST ADJUSTMENT, IF NEEDED. SLIDE THE NEOPRENE SLEEVE TO ONE SIDE AND ADJUST THE SANDWICH VELCRO. THE RED SAFETY PATCH IN VELCRO MUST BE HIDDEN.
- SLIP THE HARENSS OVER YOUR DOG’S HEAD AND CLICK BUCKLE INTO PLACE
- IF THE BELLY STRAP FITS, BUT THE CHEST STRAP DOES NOT, CONSIDER THE CHEST PLATE HARNESS AS AN ALTERNATIVE.
IMPORTANT: STRAPS SHOULD FIT SNUG WITH THE ABILITY TO SQUEEZE 2 FINGERS UNDER WEBBING.

Quick Harness
This is our second order of this item since we have had these two little girls. They are the smallest dogs we have ever had and we were a little at a loss w/ fitting online. Our first order was orange, but w/ Christmas coming and them growing a little and eating good food for a while, we opted for a red w/ our second order. Just as good as the first; our vet even inquired about how we liked these harnesses as she said other clients ask her for recommendations-so, there you go! Instant Positive Testimonial from a client and a veterinarian! We also have one of these in the size that fits our adult male Cairn Terrier; he thinks he is King of the World, and this helps keep him nicely in check when on leash for a walk. Highly recommend for ALL size dogs-I'd even walk a cat w/ one of these!

2nd harness from ezy dog,there great. One problem sizing was not apparent in your listing. I had to return the first one at a cost of 13 dollars. Should have bought it from Amazon. The best harness!
